Dear BiKing Users,
To further optimize BiKing Card services and improve the overall user experience, the platform will make adjustments to BiKing Card-related functions in the old version of the APP. Meanwhile, the latest Singapore BiKing Card service is now available on the Beta version.
The arrangements are as follows:
1. Adjustments to BiKing Card Functions in the Old APP Version
1. Starting September 28, 2026, the old APP version will restrict users from transferring funds into their BiKing Card accounts. Deposits to BiKing Card accounts will no longer be supported.
2. Starting October 15, 2026, the BiKing Card account function will be discontinued in the old APP version. Any remaining funds in BiKing Card accounts will be automatically transferred back to the Fund Account.
2. Existing BiKing Cards in Use
For BiKing Cards that have already been issued and are currently in use:
* Existing card balances can still be used for normal purchases;
* Further deposits to the BiKing Card will no longer be supported;
* Users can continue to use their existing card balances normally.
3. New Singapore BiKing Card on the Beta Version
The Beta version now supports the application and use of the latest Singapore BiKing Card service.
Going forward, BiKing Card-related services and benefits will be provided exclusively through the Beta version. Users can apply for and use the latest Singapore BiKing Card through the Beta version.
Important Notice
1. For existing cards that are no longer available for new applications, users are advised to use the remaining card balance as soon as possible and apply for the latest Singapore BiKing Card again.
2. Existing cards are not supported on the Beta version.
3. Existing cards may be subject to further service discontinuation or removal according to the card service arrangements. Users are advised to make appropriate arrangements for their cards and remaining balances in advance.
4. Going forward, BiKing Card application and usage services will be provided exclusively through the Beta version.
