BiKing EVM Address Unification Upgrade Announcement

Dear BiKing Users,

To further enhance multi-chain asset management efficiency and improve the deposit experience, BiKing will perform an upgrade to unify EVM-compatible blockchain deposit addresses.

Upgrade Details

EVM Address Unification Upgrade

The upgrade will begin at 23:00 UTC on June 16, 2026, and is expected to take approximately 10 minutes.

After the upgrade:

1. All EVM-compatible blockchain addresses will be unified under the user's existing BSC (BNB Smart Chain) address.
2. When a new address is generated on any EVM-compatible network, it will automatically be available across all supported EVM networks.
3. Existing deposit addresses on EVM networks will remain valid, and deposits sent to those addresses will continue to be credited normally.

During the Upgrade

1. The upgrade is expected to affect services for approximately 10 minutes.
2. Deposits and withdrawal requests can still be submitted normally during the upgrade period.
3. Withdrawal requests submitted during the upgrade may experience a slight delay in blockchain processing and will be broadcast after the upgrade is completed.
4. Deposits will continue to be processed and credited normally once the upgrade is finalized.

Important Notes

1. Please allow additional processing time during the upgrade period and avoid submitting duplicate withdrawal requests.
2. If you encounter any issues with deposits or withdrawals, please contact our customer support team.
3. This upgrade will not affect the security of your assets.
