BiKing Exchange Live Streaming Guidelines

1. Scope

These guidelines apply to all users conducting live streams on BiKing Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “streamers”) and viewers watching the streams (hereinafter referred to as “viewers”).

2. Live Content Requirements

No Promotion or Solicitation:

It is strictly prohibited to promote other exchanges, social media platforms, websites, or personal businesses during live streams.

Streamers must not guide viewers to add private contact information (such as WeChat, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) or join external groups.

Legal Compliance:

Live stream content must comply with local laws and regulations. Activities related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, illegal gambling, or other unlawful behavior are strictly prohibited.

Content involving politics, religion, violence, pornography, discrimination, or other sensitive topics is not allowed.

No Misleading Content:

The dissemination of false information or misleading viewers into high-risk investments is prohibited.

Any form of market manipulation, insider trading, or activities affecting market fairness is strictly forbidden.

Respect for Others:

Defamation, insults, or attacks against others, including but not limited to users, exchanges, and third-party institutions, are not allowed.

Spreading false or unverified negative information is prohibited.

BiKing Exchange only provides the technology for live streaming and is not responsible for the statements, opinions, or investment advice of streamers.

Live stream content is for reference only and does not constitute investment advice. Users should make their own judgments and bear investment risks.

The platform has the right to terminate any non-compliant live streams and take actions such as warnings, bans, or account suspensions based on the severity of violations.

The platform reserves the right to monitor live stream content and remove any content when necessary.

4. Violation Handling

Minor Violations: A warning will be issued, and corrections are required.

Serious Violations: Suspension of live streaming privileges or account bans.

Repeated Violations: Permanent account suspension and possible legal action.

BiKing Exchange reserves the right to amend these guidelines at any time. Using the live streaming function indicates that you have read and agreed to these guidelines.
